Job Description:

Facilitation of Teaching and Elective Programs

• Ensure teaching materials are in good condition and adequate prior to the posting. Put up for purchase if required.
• Coordinate welcome briefing by Clinical Educator
• Preparation of materials – name tags, indemnity forms, assessment forms, timetable, clinic attendance list and visual acuity booklet
• Conduct general orientation for the students
• Ensure indemnity forms are duly signed and returned by the students.

• Arrange mentor for each student

Provide support for the MCQ Bank

• Uploading of questions, organized by categories and subcategories from the question bank to create a test set
• Super Admin for the web application / system – control of login IDs, generation of login IDs to participants and etc
• Ensure that the web application/system works seamlessly and to liaise with vendor for issues
• Involve in UATs / test management / enhancement and upgrading of system with vendor
• Management of analytic and performance reports
• Seek funding as required to support upgrading work of the system

Support users of the Skill Transfer Laboratory

• Assist in booking of Skill Transfer Laboratory (aka Training Room 1 (TR1)) and liaise with users for room key arrangement
• Ensure adequate consumables are available in wetlab
• Ensure equipment are in working condition for simulator training
• Ensure housekeeping rules are abided by the user of wetlab
• Liaise with operations on equipment preventive measures (PM) and any other repair
• Liaise with vendors and internal staff on the ordering of equipment, instrument and consumables
