Draw drawings according to site and client requirements.

Follow drawing format given by LTA (Refer Drawing & CAD Standard – LTA format).

Prepare and Maintain Drawing Register in all times.

Maintain drawing updates up to the latest revision level.

Revised and updated drawing to be distributed to respective construction team / sub-contractor.

Identify and keep superseded drawings for archive purpose.

Keep original drawings or Master Drawings from various agencies separately.

Make drawing copies from Master Drawing and distribute to who ever needed for use.

Conduct random check at regular interval (using LTA format-“CAD Quality Checklist) to ensure all CAD data issued to LTA are conforming to LTA CAD quality requirements.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of CAD drafting/BIM modeling experience with Structural trades in the Civil Industry.

Good skill using Microstation.

Salary

S$3,000 ~ $4,500 depends on experience and capability.

The IT Onboarding and Training Executive is responsible for ensuring that new employees are efficiently onboarded into the company’s IT environment and are adequately trained to utilize the necessary tools and technologies. This role involves the development and execution of onboarding programs, training materials, and continuous support to ensure all employees are well-equipped to perform their duties. You will work closely with the Infrastructure & Network Team and Cybersecurity Team to support the transition of new employees at THKMC. He/she is expected to have sound knowledge in ITIL Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding New Employees:

• Develop and manage the IT onboarding process for new hires.

Mechanical Technician

A Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring allotted mechanical maintenance and repair work is carried out safely, effectively and accordingly to procedure and that his supervisor is made aware of all activities, especially where safety is an issue.

A Mechanical Technician is authorized to maintain and repair vessel mechanical equipment and systems.

1) Dismantle Repair and Reassemble Mechanical Equipment.

• Identify potential sources of hazard prior to dismantling.
• Use correct procedures and correct method of dismantling.
• Carry out the correct isolation and disconnection procedure.
• Identified, checked and prepared components.
• Apply appropriate tests and test equipment to ensure reassembly is correct and effective

2) Use of Condition Monitoring on Mechanical Equipment.

• Adjust instruments to meet the operating specification
• Make adjustments with minimum disruption to any ongoing activities and minimum waste of resources.
• Monitor and record what has been carried out in work history or log.

3) Diagnose faults in Mechanical Equipment.

• Respond promptly to problems in line with approved procedures.
• Select appropriate tests and diagnostic procedures and apply them methodically.
• Carry out Visual, Close and Detailed inspections on Mechanical equipment.
• Use the results of inspections to determine the appropriate actions to take.
• Record an accurate and full description in the appropriate document history

• Good experience of Permit to Work, Mechanical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment.

Job Description:

• Assist the Assistant Chief Engineer/ Senior Duty Engineer in the operation of the department
