Scope of Work For Technician

• Equipment Assembly, Draw & update AutoCAD Drawings For Security Alarm System, CCTV & Access Control Systems For All Our Construction Projects & Provide Defect Liability Period Servicing work
• Be available for after-office hour, weekend & public holiday standby, responding promptly to any urgent technical issues or system failures.

What will you do?

The scopes of the services include, but are not limited to:

• Lifecycle Management and Policy Compliance: Support project officers in managing IT systems across planning, design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support stages, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Cloud Integration and Service Management: Facilitate system onboarding to cloud platforms, manage service activations and data migration processes, and handle technical feasibility assessments of change requests.
• Testing, Compliance, and Risk Assessment: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review security and compliance reports, prepare cybersecurity documentation, and manage third-party risk assessments.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to ensure contract compliance, report project progress to managers and stakeholders, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
