Job duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect production areas according to ISO 22000 and customer requirements, feedback to relevant departments on any rectification required.
• Maintain and update documentation, records for ISO 22000 and act as a Food Safety Team Member.

• Conduct customer complaint investigation and prepare corrective action report where required.
• Coordinate and provide support in all internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Act as Qualified Personnel (QP) for food export processes and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g. SFA, HPB).
• Perform assigned tasks and work to achieve company goals and department objectives.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Microbiology or similar discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role / Microbiological Laboratory preferably from the food industry.

Job Responsibilities

Set programme management framework
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on programme management by defining framework, templates, tools and systems to deliver on cost, time and quality metrics
• Drive organisational capability to effectively apply the programme management framework
• Develop a system to measure conformance to the application of programme management framework and take corrective actions

Oversee programme planning
• Review the integrated programme plan to ensure the delivery of time, cost and quality metrics across the programme
• Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews including status reports, programme risk identification and other dashboards

Oversee programme implementation
• Review programme progress
• Guide junior staff to develop corrective actions, as needed
• Develop credibility with stakeholders to deepen client relationships

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

- Degree in any IT related field or Computing Field

- At least 7 years of working experience

- Experience in SAP Fico and S4 Hana is preferred

- Hand ons on user-end support experience is a plus.

Job Description

1. Evaluate Novacote R&D products (Laminating adhesives and coatings) for applications performance and develop applications of existing Novacote products.
2. Conduct application trials with customer materials and conduct Novacote product trials at customers’ place.
3. Analysis of customer samples for application performance.
4. Assist in QC for application of off-specs batches of Novacote products. Assist in QC of raw materials, tolled Novacote products as and when required. Ensure proper storage of QC retention samples of tolled products.
5. Provide trainings on Novacote products applications to customers, distributors and new staff.
6. Trouble shoot and carry out minor maintenance work of Novacote application laboratory equipment.
7. Ensure that all consumables are sufficient for daily operation of application lab.
8. Update and file analysis reports and other documents.
