Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company’s guidelines while operating and overseeing manufacturing machinery, promptly addressing any alerts during production
• Manage materials used in production and undertake cleaning and sterilization duties within the workplace
• Responsible for the daily functions/operations of designated manufacturing machinery
• Store materials in accordance with the prescribed company’s protocols
• Record/Maintain data in the company’s inventory management system
• Gather the necessary materials, equipment, and solutions for cleaning and sterilization
• Conduct both manual/automated cleaning and sterilization of machinery, containers, and workplaces
• Conduct calibration and pre-operational checks on manufacturing equipment, following the standard protocols
• Operate machinery equipment for filling and packaging purposes
• Identify/Resolve packaging quality issues, implementing the corrective measures as required
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any relevant fields of Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surgical Support:Assist the surgical team during procedures by providing the necessary instruments and supplies.

   Assist in the setup and operation of specialized surgical equipment (e.g., robotic systems, advanced surgical tools).
   Troubleshoot and alert senior staff to any issues with equipment functionality.
   
5. Documentation and Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate records of surgical equipment used, ensuring that all instruments are accounted for before and after surgery.
   Document any incidents or issues that arise during the procedure.
   
6. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
   Communicate effectively regarding surgical equipment, instruments, and any issues that may arise during surgery.
   
7. Adherence to Regulations and Standards:Adhere to company guidelines, industry standards, and safety protocols.
   Comply with local regulatory standards and healthcare requirements.
   
8. Training and Development:Stay updated on new surgical products and techniques, especially those related to Smith & Nephew devices.
   Participate in ongoing training to improve skills, knowledge of products, and compliance with new safety guidelines.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; Diploma holders with more than 2 years relevant experience will be considered.
• Well versed with Windows 10/11, Windows AD, MS Azure/Entra, MS 365 Environment and Applications.
• Experienced with managing helpdesk services and 3rd party providers
• Knowledge in networking technologies such as SD-WAN, UTM, VLANs, and wireless technologies.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; team player who can work independently

Technician (Food Processing Equipment)

• Salary: S$ 2,300 - 2,800 + OT

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-house or onsite repair or maintenance of warranty and non-warranty products to provide a fully functional unit that meets quality standards and applicable specifications for exchange stock or return to customer.
• Test and calibrate all repaired equipment as required to ensure original design specifications are met.
• Identify root cause and diagnose problems accurately and perform necessary corrective actions to resolve issues during service calls.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose problems of faulty equipment and evaluate failed units to ensure cost effectiveness of repair versus replacing defective components.
