Duties of Laboratory Technician:

• Assist in routine lab tasks such as paint preparation, panel setup, and airless spray applications.
• Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis for paint products.
• Support chemists in development projects, including managing stock levels for panels, raw materials, and lab supplies.
• Participate in trial applications and inspections outside the lab under supervision.
• Handle non-chemical waste disposal and maintain a safe work environment by following ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
• Communicate progress or delays effectively with the line manager.
• Ensure workplace safety, especially in handling chemicals, and follow preventive measures to reduce risks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential enterprise level end user computing services to organisation.
• Plan and execute new initiatives and enhancements that result in innovative use of end-point technologies to meet the needs of forward-looking organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Key member of IT Operations team that manages TMLS IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing

2. Manage and govern IT Infrastructure services provided by outsourcing partners and managed service providers as assigned including contracts and billing matters

Experience and Skills:

2. Good understanding of key technologies adopted such as Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Backup/Recovery and Security tools
3. Work experience in FSI (Banking & Insurance) and knowledge in MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) would be an advantage
4. Relevant Professional Certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Azure Cloud, Networking, Security) would be advantageous.
5. Proficiency in ITIL & ITSM. Some project management experience would be beneficial.
