Job Descriptions:

• Update electronic client records and databases.
• Safeguard confidential digital information.
• Provide recommendations and feedback monthly.
• Implement office automation processes.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support for in-house training.
• Manage digital marketing efforts and social media.
• Oversee and maintain the company’s website.
• Assist the IT manager in compiling technical support for servers, workstations, and networks.

• Perform general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc tasks as required or assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of IT processes and MS 365.
• Good knowledge in PC setup, backup and restore.
• Knowledge in email setup, settings, and server management.
• Possess good initiative, resourcefulness, and meticulousness.
• Independent team player with strong analytical and management skills.
