Jason Marine Group Limited is a Maritime-centric Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronics and communications equipment/services and integration services for the commercial marine and offshore industries in Singapore, Asia and Europe regions.

We are seeking a Commissioning Technician to support the implementation of the design and installation of the marine electronics and communications equipment/services onboard shipping vessels, not limited to locally, offshore and overseas. He/ She will report directly to Commissioning Manager and the Energy Team in carrying out the following work and responsibilities:

• Support with implementation/ assembly/ design/ testing with system or/ and project Engineers.
• Carry out installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, but not limited to Navigation, IT, Scada, Communication system and equipment in workshop assembly and onsite.
• Assist and/ or carry out Factory Acceptance Test & Site Acceptance Test with client.
• Contribute necessary improvements and offer advice about operational procedures.
• Work with the team to investigate problems and diagnose and repair faults, if any, in order for the equipment to work to its specifications
• Help out in the timely and accurate reports, documentation, timesheets, service reports as per company/ client format for submission and reporting.
• Work with the Service Department to resolve enquiries, if required.
• Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

• Experience in Telecommunication system in marine, shipyard, offshore is preferred. Job Title and Grade will commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Completing the patients’ intake process, taking patients’ histories, preparing and educating patients after imaging procedure
• Reviewing patients’ charts and Doctors’ notes before the examination and maintaining patients’ records during and after procedures
• Preparing radiopharmaceuticals for contracts in the diagnostic images
• Positioning patients and equipment to capture the correct area and produce clear images
• Monitoring patients and ensuring their safety during imaging procedures
• Calibrating the equipment to ensure clear, usable images are taken of the correct area, as specified by the Doctor
• Works with Radiologist to diagnose and treat patients using diagnostic imaging examinations like CT Scans and X-ray Scans
• Logging and organizing image results, developing film, assisting with the interpretation of the radiograph results, and consulting with Radiologists to determine if other images need to be taken
• Ensuring the proper sterilisation and storage of the equipment, maintaining radiographic equipment, and reporting any equipment failures
• Coordinating with the radiology department to schedule and complete radiographic procedures
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of current radiology practices

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing IT Infrastructure including virtual machines, clusters and storages (i.e.: VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
• Responding to and investigating the escalations, incidents, and service requests (according to SLA) and gathering of logs and detailed information (in cases requiring to escalate to L3 or higher)
• Deploying, monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, managing, and technical documentation of IT Network Infrastructure, COTS Infrastructure (Commercial off-the-shelf), SCOL (System Centre Operations Manager), and SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) for seamless software deployments and updates
• Managing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory services [i.e.: GPO (Group Policies), User Accounts, Domain Controllers, etc.]
• Documenting and providing those operational documentations (i.e.: SOPs, guidance, training and technical related) to internal & external stakeholders, on routine basis
• Overseeing the management & maintenance of NetApp storage systems (i.e.: provisioning, data backup, and disaster recovery processes)
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to have Diploma (or Higher) in IT, Computer, Electronics, Communication, or relevance
• Required to have minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant working experiences as an IT Infrastructure Engineer (providing L1 – L2 support, or higher) with proficiency in SCCM, Active Directory, SCOM, VMWare, NetApp, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management skills
• Experienced with Scripting/ Coding languages (e.g.: Bash, PowerShell, Windows Patch, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in Networking principles, protocols and security concepts
• Advantageous to have, but not a must have:

1. Familiar with ITIL best practices and IT Service Management
2. Certifications such as VMware, NetApp, Microsoft MCSE, ITIL, etc.
