RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

• Responsible for managing and growing our publicity and promotional platforms via various online, social, outdoor, and print media.
• Work with sales and donor operators to develop and implement appropriate marketing activities.

Sales and Event Projects

• Undertake sales and event projects, including evaluation planning and execution in conjunction with the Retail and Administration.
• Help to increase revenue streams through marketing campaigns to drive sales activities.
• Work with functional managers on detailed event plans and budgets to deliver cost-effective sales projects.
• Work with functional managers on marketing plans to promote awareness of our e-platforms.

Roadshows/Exhibitions

• Maintain awareness of other TSA charity initiatives and activities both locally and regionally that may impact event activity.

Development of Marketing Collateral

• Undertake the development of marketing collateral to exhibit the works of TSA and RSI.
• Initiate & and place news, case studies, feature stories, and broadcasts.
• Work with Public Relations TSA on editorial write-ups and content for RSI in print and online media.

Promotions & Publicity

• Build awareness of TSA and RSI works, promote the services they offer, and drive the marketing program to achieve deliverables.
• Assist Public Relations with the coordination of media events and publicity activities.

Marketing Communication

• Monitor and assist in reviews to ensure that the organization is reaching the correct audiences and achieving its communication goals.
• Website publicity and promotions.

Donor & Customer Care Management

• Work with functional managers on campaigns to build awareness of TSA and RSI works, promote their services, and help increase donation income streams through marketing campaigns.

Digital/E-Marketing

• Responsible for managing and expanding Red Shield Industries' e-commerce through planning, executing, and optimizing sales and marketing efforts across multiple channels digitally and offline for Red Shield Industries Singapore.
• Design prospecting campaigns and marketing plans to acquire customers and donors across new e-commerce platforms.
• Analyse market trends in relation to Red Shield Industries' business and target segments.
• Discover new opportunities in digital marketing to achieve Business KPIs
• Drive inbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
• Leverage contact information and market data to optimize reach using CRM.
• Utilize and leverage digital technology to handle marketing leads effectively.

■ Prior to construction phase, make necessary preparation for site construction works: elaborate construction work schedule; participate to the selection and pre-qualification of contractors; prepare or revises work package technical documents for inquiry; review and validate contractor technical proposals;

■ Monitor and control the construction activities and work performed by the Construction Supervisors reporting to him, and by the contractors;

■ Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of AL standards and procedures;

■ Animate and co-ordinate HSE activities: define and up-date the Site Safety Plan, ensures the compliance with its requirements; take corrective actions and follow-up on the treatment of accidents and/or unsafe situations following safety audits; have the authority to notify any contractor to immediately suspend its work or part of its work if the hazard in question constitutes a serious and immediate threat to the safety of persons or property;

■ Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control on site: define and up-date the CCMP and ITP, ensure compliance with its requirements; perform quality inspections; open, control and follow-up on the treatment of non conformances and/or anomalies; take corrective actions and follow-up on the treatment of non conformances and/or anomalies following quality audits; have the authority to request from any contractor quality controls, to check, inspect, witness, approve or reject work or part of work;

■ Organize the reception, inspection and handing over of Company equipment and materials to contractors;

■ Duly delivery weekly report with accurate information and data of execution and complete status on site HSE, construction schedule, quality control, and etc.

■ Creat, develop and keep monthly update the schedule and progress with activities properly linked , required format and usage the Global WBS.

■ Organize, file and maintain project site documentation, make available the as-built documents by the end of construction works;

■ Guarantee and Monitor management of IP protection on site.

■ Organize the interface and conduct the transfer of responsibilities (work progress, quality, safety, site management) with Commissioning Manager;

■ Collect lessons learned during construction and participate to and prepare Lessons Learned Review for Construction;

■ Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of AL standards and procedures and CDI requirement;

■ Participating in the drawing review and provide the constructive suggestion to the Design team, and keep follow up
■ Assist SM for the preparation of documentation on his/her discipline filed
■ Receive, inspect and hand-over E&C CHN equipment and materials to contractors;
■ Perform safety control, and delivery safety events report,(PSSI, near miss), BSV, ACT implementation
