• Reconcile and maintain petty cash & bank balances

Requirements:

• Full-set accounting experience
• Experienced in GST quarterly submission
• Proficient with web applications and MS Office (e.g. Excel)
• Have working knowledge of Xero accounting
• Strong in basic accounting principles
• Strong in data analysis / data management, with keen attention to detail

Job scope:

• Work in Global Supply Chain organization, to support various SCM functions including demand management, S&OP process, warehouse and distribution operation.
• Handle Order to Cash process throughout the Company’s network.
• Perform daily operation activities in purchase order, sales order and delivery management including, for example, release replenishment PO to the China factory, accept customer orders, release SO and packing list to customers, arrange delivery routing.
