As a Program Manager - SEA, you will own and deliver LSS South-East Asia (SEA) projects AOP for Revenue, Margin, Billings & collection, and Productivity target. You will oversee the execution of SEA projects and initiatives while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance and providing direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā· Provide leadership and MOS to drive LSS SEA services projects via direct interaction with LSS regional business leaders, Sales, APAC LSS Program director, APAC migration principle, project managers, P&E, Sourcing/Factory, and Finance to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met or exceeded
Ā· Own Financials Forecasting & Reporting, be the focal point for the Services projects at the regional level and collaborate with LSS business stakeholders to ensure business KPIs are met or exceeded
Ā· Set and meet productivity savings while improving customer satisfaction. Support long-term customer relationship management and Net Promoter Score
Ā· Drive measurable financial improvement in LSS projects business across the region, including revenue acceleration, and Margin & Working Capital improvement
Ā· Support the growth of LSS projects while partnering with LSS Business leaders, Growth leaders, and project teams, and plan for frontlog execution
Ā· Partner with ISC function for improved forecasting, delivery, and communication of SIOP
Ā· Drive transformation of execution processes and drive process compliance and continuous improvement
Ā· Ensure adherence to existing global quality processes as well as continuously developing and implementing improvement
Ā· Drive Productivity improvement via the use of the Global Migration Support Centre (GMSC), Advance Migration Technology, and Global Engineering Services
Ā· Provide leadership & mentoring of assigned project personnel, manage their activities, and ensure compliance
Key Qualifications & Capabilities:
Ā· Bachelorās Degree in Business or Engineering
Ā· PMP or equivalent accreditation
Ā· Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to energize cross-functional, global customers, teams, and organizations
Ā· Qualification and training in formal and systematic methods of program planning, management, and control
Ā· Significant experience working with cross-functional (matrixed) teamsā engagement
Ā· Ownership and accountability and ability to motivate others
Ā· Integrative problem-solving skills
Ā· Ability to execute to plans while effectively managing risks and opportunities
Ā· Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope
Ā· Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing)
Ā· Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification desired
Key Experience
Ā· Prefer Project Management or Engineering experience in O&G, Mining & minerals, IT or building automation industry
Ā· Good Negotiation & conflict management skills
Ā· Finance acumen ā revenue, margin, working capital, cash flow concepts
Ā· MS Office, Project or Primavera, SAP applications
Ā· Excellent Communication skills
Ā· Continuous improvement mindset
Ā· Ability to orchestrate solutions to customersā business needs.
Ā· Strong Planning and risk management skills
Ā· Capacity to negotiate successful outcomes for all project stakeholders
Ā· Ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships
Ā· Proven ability to develop and lead a team by influencing
Ā· Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver against diverse objectives.
Ā· Ability to analyse information and provide value added inputs to Customer and Honeywell management
