JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the kiosk (located in Vivocity), includes perform shop opening and closing duties (cashiering, scooping ice cream, store cleanliness, etc.).

• Enforce standard operating procedures and adhere to food & safety procedures.

• Conduct inventory stock check.

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Description

• To support customer site for probe cards on the following: Card repairs, Pin replacement if possible
• Advise customer on technical details for evaluations / improvements etc
• Liaise with HQ Italy for any issues / technical documents / evaluations / follow up
• Work with Headquarter vertical repair team for cards sent back to Headquarter in Italy
• Report / trackers update for internal and customer
• Support overseas sites if necessary

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma / Above in Electrical and Electronics / Electrical or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing
• Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
• Able to read PCB schematics
