Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in managing and monitoring day-to-day projects operation
• Ensure proper taking over of in-coming projects from sales department
• Proper preparation (Cost Sheets, Cost-estimates etc) and documentation of individual project upon received work orders
• Manage multiple projects independently and to be familiar with system integration works
• Liaise with Clients, Contractors, and Consultants from the design stage, project execution to project handing over
• Attend to all project-related queries and to check drawings to resolve discrepancies during the design stage
• Responsible for stakeholder management which includes attending meetings, coordination discussions, shop drawing preparation, documentation submission, and supervision works.
• Ensure proper planning & control of all project/order assigned with approved project schedules updated with event changes
• Preparation of Progressive Claim and other claim-related documents to ensure smooth payment transactions between company and all other clients
• To coordinate and establish good relationships with all current and future suppliers for smooth project execution
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering discipline, project management, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years and above
• Having own transport is preferred
• Knowledge in Waste Management and Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System will be an added advantage

1. Role Description

• Manage and be responsible for the end-to-end accounting and GST submission on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Manage the client onboarding and CDD process.
• Good understanding in corporate services eg accounting, taxation, coporate secretarial and advisory.
• Assist in secretarial and taxation computation and supervisory oversight.
• Manage the operational and workflow management
• Provide excellent client service and ensure deliverables timelines are met.
• Responsible for billings, fee negotiations and recovery for each client engagement.
• Provide work and leave cover for other members of the team.

2. Specific Responsibilities/Competencies

Technical Skills:

Job Description

• To focus on Capability Development of New Vehicle (e.g. Electric Vehicle)
• To be able to perform High Value component fault finding, diagnosis and repair (e.g. engine, turbo system, CAN bus, etc)
• To possess knowledge of Vehicle System Overview with proper understanding of the interlink and Interlock systems onboard Commercial Vehicles
• To perform Defect trend analysis and lead the Diagnostic Team in technical investigation and discussion
• Manage Fleet Management study on operation vs durability studies
• To submit Technical report and provide technical training and guidance to technicians
• To Source for solutions to improve product durability and reliability
• To support workshop in repair and servicing when need arises
• Advise and perform in-depth and comprehensive trouble shooting in technical problem with and without using electronic diagnostic tools, raised by the team and perform hands-on repair to the vehicle if needed
• Check and ensure all the recording of repair findings, rectification, images, voice message or any other details as required are accurate and precise
• Any other Duties assigned by Technical/ Operation Manager

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Engineering, preferably in the Automotive or Electrical related industry
• Possess relevant working experience
• Knowledge in using Electronic Diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of Engineering systems theory, Mechanical, Electrical and Electrical drawings
• Experience in leading a team of technicians, briefing and guidance of technicians, distribution and control of works
• Preferably possess a Class 5 Driving License (Heavy Vehicle)
