Responsibilities:

• Aid in the administrative tasks and documentation necessary for Ship to Ship (STS) operations, such as certificates, permits, and reports.
• Coordinate the exchange of documents, billing, and communication among various departments both in the office and with vessels.
• Manage and maintain records related to STS, including transfer logs and regulatory filings.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Diploma in Maritime business or a related field.
