APS System Lead

• Overall responsible for maintenance (service order opening etc) and processing of premise recovery on APS system
• Work closely with Facilities Management (FM) for Space & Occupancy (Archibus) update
• Monthly processing of billing file, Manual recoveries and entries as and when needed
• One-point contact for all charging related queries, charges outlook submissions to regional FP&A and business

Project Management (PM) & Facilities Management (FM) Analysis and forecasting

• Tracking of actuals against plan for all FM charges – Utilities, cleaning, Main Contracts, Repairs, above base expenditure
