The role is responsible for working closely with various internal stakeholders, internal technology teams as well as the vendor to implement the upcoming Regulatory and Capital Efficiency Programme.

The ideal candidate should be a senior analyst or IT project delivery lead with a few years in trading/Risk system support/development.

· Strong technical knowledge and/or platform knowledge (Data Analytics)

· Good business domain knowledge in Global Markets and Group Risk

· More than 10 years track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company with annual budgetary responsibility

· More than 3 years leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams

· Experience in communicating with functional and technical stakeholders

· Experience in banking industry preferred

· Experience in implementing large-scale, highly available applications or other large project implementation

ROLE : Inside Sales Operation Support - Order and Logistic Management

• Sales Order Excellence: Take the helm of our sales order process, ensuring each customer’s journey from order to fulfillment is seamless and satisfying. To manage the accounts assigned to you by increasing the sales and developing new sales
• Logistic Coordination : Assign to SG logistics management , keeping our warehouse operations effective , support regular stock takes that inform business strategy and support sales success.
• Strategic Material & Stock Coordinating: Play a vital role as team member for internal Sale and Operation to collaborate with PMC , Sales and Product team to ensure stable supply chain and quality .
• Operational Dynamo: Propel efficiency through your involvement in the inbound and outbound logistics, demonstrating an eye for improvement and a knack for problem-solving.
• Customer Success Advocate: Act as a key contributor to our commitment to customer satisfaction, where your efforts in order execution and delivery management result in triumphant customer experiences.

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or above cert
• Must be keen in sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English will be advantageous
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience

• Understand the regulatory reporting framework and internal management reporting

• Experience in data mapping of source systems to target systems

• Able to drive functional discussion with users and tech teams

• Able to work with tech teams on design and solution

• Able to perform deep dive data analysis

• Able to provide summary view of the deep dive data analysis

• Able to work in a dynamic fast pace environment
