Responsibilities

• Responds readily to any train-borne equipment failure in depot and mainline, and to effect restoration of a failed system or equipment to a normal and safe operating state in shortest possible time.
• Maintains, repairs, trouble-shoots, inspects, diagnoses all rolling stock equipment, and to provide first line corrective actions to train-borne fault.
• Performs pre-service checks on trains prior to revenue service and rectify any abnormality encountered during inspections.

The Transportation Operations Coordinator is responsible for  ensuring the smooth operation of our logistical activities by driving carrier and service provider performance through collaboration and coordination of processes, carriers, and facilities. • MANAGE THE DAILY GUEST SERVICES OPERATIONS: CONCIERGE, BELL SERVICE, DOOR SERVICE, PARKING VALET, NIGHT RUNNERS

• Leading the direction and supervision of all Guest Services duties are performed and maintained in accordance with the hotel’s standards and in line with hotels’ strategic plan
