Edith Patisserie is one of the leading bakeries in Singapore with a specialisation in unique buttercream cakes and bakes.
We are expanding our team and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a difference by delivering the best customer service we can offer to our clients.
· Interact with clients in-store and assist them with order placements and enquiries.
· Communicate with clients via phone and email to assist with their orders and enquiries.
· Facilitate collection of cake orders by delivery drivers and walk-in customers · Prepare simple coffee beverages
· Manage cashier & stock inventory
· Curate promos and deals to attract new customers and increase engagement
· Maintain store cleanliness
The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
· Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service
· Good at multi-tasking
· Well-organised with good time management
· Personable and professional, works well in a team
· 1-2 years of relevant working experience in retail sales or having experience in hospitality or customer service industry
· Knowledge of handling POS systems and various payment processing methods
