• Design scalable onboarding solutions tailored to diverse APAC markets, reducing redundancies and driving up conversion rates

Sales Administration Responsibilities

• Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve the planned goals

• Monitor transient bookings in relation to room availability, room type and customer spending potential to maximize rooms and other revenue

The Head of Partner Growth Targets and Incentives will be responsible for developing a centralized model to allocate Account Manager (AM) portfolios effectively and automating processes for defining AM incentives, targets, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) across the region. • To liaise with the Body Corporate with regards to maintenance issues and re-charge labour and materials at agreed rates
• To ensure compliance with all legislation, including Health and Safety and Environmental.
