Requirements

Min 2 years experience in local AV/ Electronic / IT related products

Basic IT knowledge

Good Presentation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Possess Driving license and own vehicle is a must

Job Description:

You will be part of the service team involved in attending service calls for audio/visual equipment indoor/outdoor services.

Requirements:

• Preferably with relevant experience in service and repair of TV or Audio Visual System.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess class 3 driving license (for outdoor technician)
• On-job training will be provided

We are looking for a competent Construction Foreman to cocoridinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. As the point of reference of both worker and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.

A construction Foreman has a solid background in the field. Your leasdership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well- organized and favour safety above everything else.

Responsibilities :

-Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

-Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew

-Allocate general and daily responsibilities

-Supervise and train workers

-Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

-Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

-Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

-Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.

-Resolve problems when arise

-Report problems when they arise

-Report on progress to managers, engineers etc...

Requirements :

-Proven experience as construction Foreman

-In-depth knowledge of Construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

-Able to read drawings, plans and blueprints.

-Excellent organization and leadership skills

-Ablility to communicate and report effectively

-Aptitude in math

-Problem-solving abilities

-Good phyiscal condition and stamina

-Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and enquirements

-High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade ( electrician, carpenter etc... )
