Responsibilities

• To operate the Residential Concierge Department which provides concierge services to residents of two luxury condominiums in the Nassim/Tanglin area. The position will be onsite and may involve traveling between the two locations.
• Responsible for the entire operations including Breakfast service, all-day refreshments, pool and gym towel replenishment, and a personalized concierge experience by extending various services from Artyzen Singapore and other 3rd party vendors.

Our client is a large oil & gas conglomerate looking for a claims specialist in their LPG shipping department in Singapore.

This is an exciting role for someone with prior claims/demurrage background and looking to grow into a commercial vessel operator or cargo operator in the future.

Main Responsibilities:

• Calculate and invoice demurrage and voyage-related claims incurred for each voyage, promptly with required documentation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the governing charter party
• Negotiate effectively to pursue collections of outstanding demurrages and claims escalation
• Liaise with Shipping Operators and/ or Master and/ or Agent for missing information or documentation and follow up proactively

Position Summary:

The Workload Automation & Scheduling group is responsible for engineering and support of the Workload Automation IT infrastructure for Visa Inc. and VisaNet via Vendor Tools and Homegrown Web Application Utilities. The team is responsible for all technical aspects of design and build for the Workload Automation lifecycle from project initialization, system installation, application test & build and maintenance, operational support to application and system decommissioning. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for information security, data protection, privacy, GRC, and audit requests for the practice, acting as single point of contact on relevant client security assessment and audits execution. Eg. independent third-party attestations of industry cybersecurity standards and certifications, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 for practice-specific solutions and products
• Contribute to the definition of the client specific security baseline. Consult and advise internal and external clients about security topics and support the opportunity management process by providing subject matter expertise and support
• Help win client business by providing cybersecurity assurance to RFIs, RFPs, proposals, contract drafting, security questionnaires, workshops and other client due diligence processes

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, in this role you will be part of a National team of Field Service Engineers providing a prompt and effective service to customers within the Water, Power, Petrochemical and other associated Industries.  

In this role you will identify faults, repair, test and modify actuators in the field, carry out planned and preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical installations of actuators and associated retrofit adaption of components, pedestals and drive shafts and completing accurate and technical site visit reports for each job.

This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically for troubleshooting issues and has the willingness to travel.

The Salary Range for this position $48K to $55K Per Annum.

This position is available from January 2025 onwards.

The Security Officer delivers the safety and security measures that meet the requirement of the Hotel Management.

Primary Responsibilities

Manages The Control Room

• Verifies all visitors, guests and contractors of their visit and issue pass to them after verifications.
• Records and issues departmental keys to the colleagues after verification. Acknowledges and records when the keys are returned.
• Reports and documents all incidents in the Security Management Occurrence log.
• Answers to all telephone enquiries in a calm and professionally manner.
• Records and takes pictures of all Loss and Found items surrender by colleagues or others in the “Case Property” form and thereafter to hand over to Housekeeping if there is no claimant.
• Responds to the fire alarm bell activation and activates the CERT members, Decam (Decentralized Alarm Monitoring Station), Hotel Telephone Operator and raised the Fire Alarm Bell Activation Report thereafter.
• Assists in the evacuation when the need arises.
• Assists in managing the Electronic Parking System for the Carpark, including printing the Daily Revenue Report and Settlement Report daily.
• Any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisors and Managers.
• Prepares to assume the role of a CERT member when the need arises.

Carries Out Static Duties

• Ensures a peaceful environment, greets guest coming/going out of the hotel, to report and take action if there is a disturbance.
• Ensures orderly traffic flow, advises drivers of unauthorised parking to park at designated car park and to report and take action if there is disturbance.
• Conducts checks on unauthorised parking, advise the driver to park in designated car parks, to report and take action if there is disturbance.
• Ensures only authorised contractors or supplier’s vehicles is allow to park in the loading bay.
• Ensures smooth traffic movements in the loading bay.
• Ensures the vehicles are parked in an assigned parking lot.
• Ensures no obstruction cause to other vehicles using the loading bay.
• Verifies the identities of all contractors/workers using the loading bay.
• Responds to any emergencies within 3 minutes or less.

Patrols The Hotel Grounds And Buildings

• Residence patrolling for crime prevention and to report of any incidents, disputes disturbances or found properties left unattended.
• Perimeter patrolling to ensure that the hotel’s exterior walls are not vandalised or damaged, ensures the street lamps are in working condition.
• Raffles Arcade Blocks patrolling for crime prevention, providing assistances or enquires from City guests or members of the public.
• Responds to any emergencies within 3 minutes or less.

Involvement As A Member Of The Security Team

• Provides security escorts for finance department to the bank.
• Witnessing for colleagues depositing sales proceeds at finance department.
• Crowd Control Duty during major events or VVIP visits.
• Prepare to assume the role of the CERT members and First Aider.

The Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for safeguarding the art museum's digital assets, information systems, and IT infrastructure from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong understanding of IT governance to align cybersecurity strategies with the museum's objectives and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity Strategy & Implementation:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy tailored to the museum's needs.
• Oversee the deployment of security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection, anti-malware) and ensure their proper operation.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on systems, networks, and devices to identify and mitigate risks.
• IT Governance, Data Governance & Compliance:
• Establish and enforce IT governance policies in line with industry standards and legal/regulatory requirements (e.g. PDPA, ISO27001) and how they interact with IT governance and cybersecurity strategiesCollaborate with museum leadership to align cybersecurity policies with strategic goals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, data privacy laws, and external audit requirements.
• Manage and perform assessment and review on security review for applications and systems.

• Partner with the Data Governance team to monitor compliance with data protection regulations, including conducting privacy impact assessments and data breach investigations.
• Staff Training & Awareness:
• Create and deliver cybersecurity awareness training for museum staff, volunteers, and contractors.
• Promote a culture of security awareness and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
• IT and Data Asset Protection:
• Secure the museum's technology stack, especially with regards to personal data and intellectual property on Gallery's system, such as CDP/CRM, artwork collections systems, and ticketing system.
• Ensure security and compliance of digital assets and systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Governance team to implement data classification schemes and maintain a comprehensive data inventory, including critical, sensitive, and regulated data.
• Vendor & Third-Party Management:
• Assess third-party vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with the museum's cybersecurity policies.
• Negotiate security terms in vendor contracts and oversee third-party risk management.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a cultural institution, museum, or non-profit environment.
• Experience in IT governance (e.g. COBIT, ITIL), data governance risk management, and compliance (GRC).
• Proficient in network security technologies (eg. firewalls, VPNs, IDS/ IPS)
• Expertise in cybersecurity practices such as data encryption, data masking, identity and access management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into accessible language for museum staff and stakeholders.
