1. Serve as the main/first point of contact between the Group and all relevant data protection authorities/ regulators.

As part of the IT Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for enterprise data backup protection and to optimized end-to-end Enterprise backup operations to support the digitalisation requirements of MPA. In addition, you will:

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and developing healthy snacking products like long shelf life snacks, extruded snacks and baked goods (cookies, crackers, biscuits, etc.), utilizing ingredients such as dairy proteins, plant proteins, bioactives, vitamins and minerals. You must be able to take formulations from bench-top to pilot plant scale-up and commercialisation, and have fundamental understanding of plant processes to be able to assist production with troubleshooting any issues.
