KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish / optimize infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals

• Plan and coordinate the functions of Infrastructure, Network and EUC

• Identify customer and operational needs of multiple on-premises and cloud-based solutions, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to management, supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff

• Oversee and deliver reliable IT infrastructure, Network, and EUC operations with established metrics, KPIs and SLOs

• Maintain and evaluate Lifecycle management of infrastructure hardware

• Deliver operational excellence and infrastructure best practices for both on-prem and Azure setup

• Identify hardware, software, external service cost estimates, and resource requirements to meet assigned project scopes and objectives.

• Works closely with internal users, partners to proactively manage all Infrastructure, Network and EUC topics and requests

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of hardware and networking

• Minimum 8 years experience

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ability to communicate across different functions and levels of audiences

• Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, with good problem-solving skill.

• Fundamental Cybersecurity knowledge on perimeter defense

• Knowledge in OT setup is an advantage

• Knowledge in architectural and construction industry is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk Management

• Cover the front desk. Ensuring there is consistent coverage during business hours. Be the on-site point of contact.
• Greet clients and guests. Manage entry access of clients, visitors or guests. Conduct centre tours.
• Respond to products and offerings, service-related queries or requests from clients, visitors or guests.
• Building relationships with clients and guests.
• Ensure all the documents and google drives are up to date.
• Keep the front desk clean and organized.
• Notify clients of any food deliveries and couriers.
• Answer any questions from clients and guests related to the building including way-finding, policies and procedures, community etiquette.

Operations and Management:

• Conduct morning walkthroughs to address any issues, escalating any recurring issues to your manager and/or relevant cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with in-building, third party cleaning companies to ensure space is kept up to standards.
• Track, audit, and organize keys collected and distributed. Manage keycard stock and request new inventory as needed.
• Receive, process, sort, and organize all mails.
• Keep all the mails and documents organized
• Return to Sender for unidentified mails and former clients mail after 60 days of no-pick up.
• Know and explain Penguins policies and procedures to all the clients and communicate, inform, and update clients on any building issues.
• Provide support for all the clients and guests on the meeting room booking.
• Administrative work required for seamless centre operation (e.g., courier matters, pantry inventory ordering, performing payment charges, liaising with finance team on creating invoices, updating centre and client records/transactions)

Clients Engagement & Retention

• Complete scheduled conversations with clients to help them maximize the value of their membership while checking in on all clients regularly to understand their ongoing experience.
• Anticipate client and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about clients to enhance and personalize their experience.
• Follow up in person with all clients who’ve given a negative feedback/response and ensure necessary steps have been taken to resolve client’s concern.
• Review all clients’ feedback to understand areas of improvement and implement proactive changes, keeping client experience top of mind.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Conduct pre-check-in meetings/calls with all new clients to ensure a smooth check-in.
• Inform and liaise with the building MCST on the necessary to ensure smooth access to the building on check-in & check-out day.
• Complete the New Client Orientation Tour for all new clients on check-in day.
• Conduct check-out meetings to understand the departing clients’ overall experience.
• Collect keys/key cards upon check-out and handling necessary reinstatement works after check-out

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good spoken English and Mandarin (required to communicate to Mandarin speaking clients)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Customer service and/or sales & marketing experience a plus.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently. Multitasking skills.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for guiding a team of logistic coordinators associates in the provision of logistics operational functions such as customer service, trucking coordination and the generation and maintenance of operations documents, reports, correspondence and expenses. Assist the Supervisor operations in the daily office activities and communications to customers.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Guide a team of coordinators associates to provide administrative support to the Operations.

• Handle order processing, prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.

• Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.

• Perform tracking and tracing functions, and assist in the daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications

• Liaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly.

• Correspondence and liaison with customers and to attend to their enquiries.

Qualification Summary

Position Summary

This position is responsible to provide support for general tasks in the warehouse. Picks and packs

shipments, performs delivery and pick-up, loads and unloads, as well as scans all packages. Receives,

put-away, issues and stock-takes materials/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo

• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.

• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.

• SAP/WMS, timely updating

• Track & Trace shipping details with Forwarding agents

• Weekly Cycle Count report

• Online courier booking and liaise with forwarders via email / phone

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing

• Able to handle heavy lifting and packing, preferably with forklift license.

• Familiar with the connector requirement in storage, server and CPU sockets

• Run market analysis including competitive activity and maintain market intelligence on respective product line with support of market intelligence team and regular interaction with sales team

• Gather and prioritize customer requirements on products interfacing with sales teams

• Identify need for product extensions / modifications and prepare required ARs

• Define positioning of product line in market as well as Go-To-Market strategy and prioritisation amongst product to optimize overall gross margin of product line

• Coordinate new product launches working closely with sales and plant product managers to keep TTR as short as possible

• Prepare promotion material and drive marketing actions to support the sales with help of Marcom team

• Design pricing rules and lead regular reviews of their application; modifying them to maximize profitability

• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate their Go-To-Market working closely with sales

• Review and challenge sales targets on product line as part of the budget reviews

• Review and challenge cost, lead time and quality targets quarterly with site production manager, operations and planning teams.

• Be involved in the relationship management with strategic customers/partners
