Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Minimum 7 years relevant Quality Management experience with operations/service background, preferably in social service, community care or healthcare sector
• Experience in enterprise risk management and contract management; and policies custodian and compliance matters

Position Summary

Porter basic duties are maintaining cleanliness, appearance and safety standards of hotel. They also take guest luggage, tag each one and store them where available. Porter to handle all guest luggage’s during arrival/departure subsequently to ensure they are given satisfactory experience during the stay.

Operations Responsibilities

• To welcome and bid farewell to all guests.
• Greeting guests and carrying luggage to and from their room.
• Showing guests their room and explaining the facilities.
• Taking and delivering messages to guests.
• To be familiar in keeping all hotel general information up to date for guest
• Answering guest enquiries about hotel and local point of interests.
• Arranging transport and making restaurant or any other reservations for guests.
• Keeping lobby and working area tidy.
• To develop and maintain close business contact with house guests and to provide personalized service whenever possible.

c. Draft and format evaluation reports for innovation teams and management reporting d. Manage projects from start to end with guidance (i.e. develop research objectives and study design, perform data extraction and data collation, conduct data modelling, perform statistical analysis and engage and collaborate with various stakeholders)

e. Perform statistical analysis and other data analysis for various impact assessment projects

f. Perform health technology assessments (cost analysis, cost effectiveness analysis, cost utility analysis or budget impact analysis) with guidance

g. Draft research abstracts and manuscripts

h. Support secretariat and administrative functions pertaining to the impact assessment unit

i. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department (HOD) and/or supervisor

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency with Statistical applications and in Project Management is preferred
• Knowledge and skills in project management, process improvement, improvement methodologies and tools and techniques, such as design thinking, lean and Six Sigma, would be a strong advantage
• Knowledge and skills in data analytics, statistics and data visualisation
• Prior working experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
• Knowledge of programming such as VBA, R, Python would be an advantage

You will support the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Information System (ERMIS) Programme to transform systems, processes and empower stakeholders with risk data to engage risk management strategies in a sustainable manner. This includes transforming the cluster level system into an ERMIS and foster a 3-way collaboration between the User Groups, Risk Teams and Data Teams to propel SingHealth’s capability in risk management using data analytics tools.
