Duties & Responsibilities

You shall work under the direction of MKFC’s Centre Manager. Your main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Casework management to support the children, youth, and caregivers. This may include intake and referral, client engagement, needs and risk assessment, goal setting, intervention planning and regular reviews.
• Maintain good, timely and updated records of all programme activities, such as case notes, report-writing, attendance registers, and event records.
• Work in a team to support the smooth running of daily operations during MKFC centre’s operating hours, such as regular engagement of children and youth who visit the MKFC activity centre.
