You will be responsible to helm CareHub in line with CareHub’s service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community. What you will do

• Manage site operations and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools

• Ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process

• Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimates…)

• Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site

• Implement key internal control processes regarding site assets

• Support plant operations Continuous Improvement and monitor site productivity plans (labour, overheads, material)
