• Well-versed and proficient in object oriented concept and able to apply relevant object oriented programming techniques properly
• Proficient in data structures and algorithm, able to use proper data structures and algorithm in solving various problem domains
• Knowledge of multiple Microsoft OS platforms (W10, W11), and non-Windows environment (MAC OS or Linux OpenSuse, Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian), in particular for device management
• Experience as a tech lead or software coaching is an advantage
• Following knowledge is a plus: smartcard, cryptographic (PKCS#11), VMware / VirtualBox, iOS or Android mobile application development, Certified Scrum Master
• Autonomous and rigorous with good communication and collaborative skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance support for Satellite Broadcast Service.
• Knowledge of Satellite Transmission (i.e. Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA)/BUC, Satellite modulator, Integrated Receiver Decoders (IRDs) or Satellite Headend (i.e. Video Encoder, Multiplexer)
• Perform equipment/system configurations, Video switching, IP routing and monitoring of Radio Frequency (RF) & Video signals for Broadcast production and operation.
• Perform Satellite uplink and downlink configurations.
• Perform RF equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform Broadcast equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform IP broadcast network configurations and maintenance.
• Resolve technical issues and to provide periodic/planned preventive & corrective maintenance.

• 4 years of experience required in relevant industries.
• Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or any related discipline.
• Knowledge in network and video transport technologies.
• Knowledge in audio, video and broadcasting system.
• Able to work independently, as well as in a team.

Job Description:

· Produce BIM Drawings/drafting documents for one or more services.

· Model Management and administration

· Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments

· BIM modelling using Revit.

· Checking of M&E Shop-drawing.

· Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings

· Updating Shop-drawing List.

· Supporting Project Team on Shop-drawing Submission.

· Able to prepare BOM base on BIM

· Any other related tasks

· Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for drawings and submission approval

· Able to communicate with site supervisors and foreign workers (Bangladesh, India and China PRC).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess relevant BIM modelling experience with relevant software

• At least 3 years working experience in the drafting of engineering works

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction industry is required.

• Good interpersonal, communication skills.

• Developing a project plan and managing the schedule, budget, and team members’ time sheets to ensure completion of the project within the specified time frame
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure they are aware of project status and any potential problems or delays
• Ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and best practices for safety and environmental concerns
• Managing procurement activities, including ordering raw materials and equipment, arranging for shipping and delivery schedules, and negotiating prices with vendors
• Conducting feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and make recommendations regarding strategy or implementation plans
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials are available when needed and that tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Managing the day-to-day operations of a project including hiring personnel, purchasing materials and supplies, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations

Overseeing the project closeout process to ensure that all documentation is complete.
