•Evaluate and improve on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing accounting processes, internal controls and procedures,

•Support and work closely within and across departments to provide for their financial and management information requirements.

•Coordinate and liaise with external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables including preparation of audited financial statements.

•Required to assist in projects involving process automation and documentation.

•Prepare financial sustainability report for the Group

•Prepare adhoc reports and analysis, undertake special projects as and when required.

Requirements

•Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent

•At least 3 years of audit experience and/or 2 years of commercial experience in a large organisation

•Preferable with listed company experience

•Good knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

•Strong analytical individual with good communication and interpersonal skills

•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

•Work well in a team as well as independently

Duties :- receive stocks, packing & unpacking, labelling, dispensing, top up medicine bins, ordering of stocks.

Clarify prescriptions,maintain and document patient profiles and prescription record.

Perform stock take (half-yearly).

Ensure pharmacy area is kept in hygienic conditions and ensure all related pharmacy equipment are maintained and kept in good order.
