Responsibilities

Mighty Jaxx is hiring a passionate Marketing Specialist to drive the formation and execution of effective marketing strategies to enhance our presence across platforms. Focused on scaling overall marketing efforts, this role will lead social media engagement, content creation, influencer management, and work to optimise campaigns for maximum impact. In this role, you will be working closely with brand-aligned affiliates, and influencers to amplify marketing impact, while also collaborating with internal teams to craft visually compelling advertising assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing generalist role, covering the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies

• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
• Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency

You will be responsible for recommending and performing a range of beauty treatments, including the following job responsibilities:

· Hands-on experience in performing professional skin analysis and treatments for customers.

· Maintain a good relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service.

· Attend to client needs and provide professional advice on pre-treatment and post-treatment care.

· Introduce packages such as slimming, hair removal, facial, etc, to customers depending on their requirement(s).

· Ensure overall cleanliness of treatment room, sterilisation of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience as beauty therapist.

· Good knowledge of aesthetics treatments and procedures.

· Hands-on experience in performing treatments.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service sills.

· Basic language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients on different beauty treatments.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (Alt Sat)
Salary: Up to $2500

Job Description:
• Provide our clients (corporates & consumers) view on product design;
• Assist on quality control on all products before released to clients;
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management;
• Other ad hoc sales responsibilities.

Requirement:
• Passionate about being a sales professional with customer service oriented attitude;
• Able to serve Mandarin and English speaking customers; to liaise with mandarin speaking customer associate.
