You would work with our corporate secretary and learn the basics and roles of corporate secretarial work.

1) You would need to co ordinate the collection and signing of documents between the corporate secretary as well as our clients.

2) Assist the corporate secretary in preparing documents.

3) Assist the corporate secretary in filing of annual documents with ACRA.

5) Co -ordinate tax documents between our clients and our tax filing agent.

Job Resposibilities

The pricing actuary will be responsible for supporting the FL and Package businesses, providing pricing analysis and granular performance monitoring.

Providing the APAC Business with the actuarial support they require to profitably grow their business and take remedial action where needed.

Produce transactional pricing analysis for accounts within agreed timescales, working closely with underwriters.

Actively involved in technical pricing tool development and enhancements, whilst considering local market requirements.

In co-ordination with the actuarial pricing team, monitor rates at renewal and new business, ensure technical pricing models are in place and reviewed regularly and that any deviation is justified and monitored.

Report performance at granular level (account and rating factor) so that underwriters can optimise performance.

Ensure data used for pricing and monitoring is complete, accurate, adequate and timely.

Responsible for training and mentoring junior members of staff.

Comply with key regulatory and risk management procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mathematics/Actuarial Science

Associate or Fellow member of an Actuarial Institute

Proven proficiency in actuarial pricing concepts/methodologies

Increasing understanding of general insurance including underwriting policies, claims handling policies and local legislation

Knowledge of PC and mainframe environments

Knowledge of SAS, VBA, R

Developing ability to communicate actuarial concepts to non-specialists.

Ability to forge relationships with other areas of the business

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for assuring the implementation and compliance with the Quality Assurance System.
• Control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS).
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents
• Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, through knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP
• Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager (QA/QC).

Requirements:

• A Civil Engineering Diploma recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board, Singapore, or its equivalent as accepted by the OIC
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience in the inspection and quality control monitoring of high quality, mass produced precast concrete products with precast yard experience.

About the Job

The Application Analyst will manage AS/400 and Wintel Gaming applications, providing level 2 support. Job Scope

• Conduct basic audiological assessments by performing otoscopy, Pure Tone Audiometry, Immitance test (Tympanometry and Acoustic Reflex), and Speech test
• Obtain case history from patients or caregivers
• Perform hearing aids troubleshooting
• Assist patients with hearing aid spare-part replacements
• Responsible for proper documentation of audiometric results and patients’ records
• Monitor and keep records of clinic consumables and hearing aid stocks
• Assist in patient appointment scheduling
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Science related field
• Relevant experience of 1 year and above in a similar setting is preferred
• Competent in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Planning and Implementation

• Develop and implement Outreach plan/follow-up visits to seniors in the identified blocks.
• Develop and implement annual calendar plan of social and health activities for seniors.
• Ensure that the programmes and activities meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines issued by MOH, AIC, or MSF via their reporting systems, etc.
• Establish and motivate seniors to run mutual help groups.
• To conduct regular outreach to the seniors in identified HDB blocks/Private residences with the aim of registering all seniors within its service boundary and carry out regular visits to vulnerable and socially isolated seniors to monitor their well-being.

Volunteer Development

• Recruit, interview and screen potential volunteers.
• Establish networks with local community-based services/resources, such as grassroots, social services, corporate organisations and schools, to engage volunteers to help run or assist in the programmes.
• Provide and coordinate orientation of volunteers to their assigned role and the mission and objectives of the AAC.
• Serve as the key communication link between the AAC and its volunteers
