Our E-Commerce Operations Part Time (Picker / Packer) will be part of our ever-growing E-Commerce team; someone who will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and the E-Commerce team, as well as with our other business units such as Retail, by ensuring the timely fulfillment of our customers’ online orders.

Role of Picker/ Packer:

• Coordinate and fulfilll online orders
• Pick and pack items from the retail store, according to orders
• Create refunds and discounts for out-of-stock items if required
• Assist to schedule timely deliveries
• Capture payments for orders made
• Check-out products at the point-of-sale system

Job Description:

• Examine patients’ eyes to detect signs of injury, disease, abnormality and vision defects
• Operate diagnostic equipment such as slit-lamp bio-microscopy, fundus camera, optical coherence tomography, non-contact tonometer, Humphrey visual field analyser and etc.
• Explain eye examination results to patients, offer advice and reassurance on vision-related matters
• Recommend appropriate optical aids based on findings and demands
• Write referrals to ophthalmologist upon discovery of eye condition that requires doctor’s attention
• Teach first time contact lens wearer the proper way of handling contact lenses
• Manage the inventory of contact lenses, trial lenses and contact lens solutions
• Troubleshoot and adjust the fitting of spectacles and ophthalmic lenses
• Keep and maintain patients’ eye health record and historical data of purchases
• Ensure equipment and measuring tools are in good working condition
• Supervise and train new or younger Optometrists and Opticians
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Optometry from a recognised college (e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic)
• Must be eligible for provisional/conditional/full registration with OOB
• Retail experience will be advantageous

Working hours: 5 days’ work week, generally 11am-9pm with the exception of a few outlets.

Job purpose:

Being a Senior Auditor / Specialist Audit you are a member of the global Group Audit team of Commerzbank Group and perform complex audit tasks or lead an audit team to meet the requirements of the audit assignments in Singapore and other Asian locations e.g., in the fields Credit Risk Management and Compliance (Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Sanctions).

You are responsible for achieving the audit goals.

As lead auditor, you are responsible for assigning tasks to individual team members, conducting quality assurance measures according to the Standard Audit Process and the professional leadership of employees for the audit assignment. You will discuss the findings with the respective auditor and the audited unit and use this as your basis to prepare the audit report or the statement.

During the duration of the audit, you will maintain contact to the responsible lead auditor / management and as lead auditor present the audit results within the close-out meeting.

Key activities:

• Ensuring compliance with overall standards, frameworks, methods, and procedures for the audit activity. Compliance with the ethical principles of the internal auditing profession, Group Audit’s mission statement.

Formal education:
