1. Patient Assessment: assess patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including performing physical assessments, reviewing medical history, and evaluating diagnostic tests such as X-rays or MRI scans. Assess pain levels, mobility, and functional status to develop an individualized care plan.
2. Surgical Assistance: assist orthopaedic surgeons during surgical procedures, such as setting up the surgical field, passing instruments, and providing sterile supplies. Assist with applying casts, splints, or traction, and monitoring patients during surgery.
3. Pre- and Post-operative Care: provide pre-operative care, which may include preparing patients for surgery, administering medications, and providing education about the surgical process. They also provide post-operative care, including monitoring vital signs, managing pain, assessing wound healing, and assisting with rehabilitation activities.
4. Patient Education: educate patients and their families about orthopaedic conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies. This may include teaching patients how to use assistive devices, perform exercises, manage pain, and prevent complications. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
5. Collaborative Care: work closely with other healthcare professionals, including orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients. collaborate in the development of care plans, coordinate services, and provide ongoing patient monitoring and follow-up.
6. Emergency Care: Provide emergency care to patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries, such as fractures, dislocations, or compartment syndrome. This may involve assessing the injury, immobilizing the affected area, and providing pain management while coordinating with other members of the healthcare team for further evaluation and treatment.

Working Hours: 2 Rotational Shifts

• AM: 6.30am to 4.00pm
• PM: 2.00pm to 11.30pm

- 5 days’ work per week from Monday to Saturday (Off day will be on 1 day between Monday to Saturday depending on Roster)

- Sunday (Permanent Off day)

Remuneration (fixed for all, regardless of qualification, non-neg):

$2200 basic + $180 shift allowance during Contract

$2300 basic + $180 shift allowance after converting to perm

- Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + CPF during contract

- Annual bonus + Annual salary increment applicable after conversion

The incumbents shall adhere to the principles and practice of infection control, health and safety while working with our nursing team in providing patient care support at our dialysis centres. Key responsibilities include the followings:

1. Adheres to principles and practice of infection control, health and safety

2. Ensures equipment is clean, safe and in good working order and reports any defects to CNM / RN in charge:

- Checking and calibration of equipment

- Preparation of dialysis machine

- Removal of medical consumables items from dialysis machine

- Machine disinfection / Chair clean-up

- Weekly cleaning of dialysis chair and machines

- Labelling routine/adhoc blood test tubes

3. Replenishment of medical consumable items for daily usage including cleaning and preparing of working trollies, including of white bags preparation

4. Assists with pre/post dialysis specifications: weight, temperature and other vital signs of the patient

5. Crowd control and distribution of patient dialysis cards

6. Serves refreshments to patients

7. Reports incidents / accidents immediately to the CNM / RN in charge

8. Participates in nursing shift handover sessions and continuous quality improvement projects

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Facilities Management team at Paragon, your job scope includes the following:

• Assist the Facilities Management team in managing the operations and building maintenance
• To monitor term and adhoc maintenance contracts and assist in renewals
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the standards of housekeeping, security and M&E services are met
• Manage and monitor service vendors
• Oversee and manage carpark operations, including preparing of reports, managing season parking, refund and complimentary parking coupon
• Provide administration support including processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining department files
• Submit insurance claims
• Assist in drafting of circulars to tenants and preparation of management reports

Requirements

• Min Diploma in relevant field
• 2 years experience, preferably in commercial facility management
• Team player with good communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Perform multiple tasks effectively
• Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment

Duration: 3 months
Salary: $15/hr
Working hours: 5 days per week at least 1 weekend (Monday – Sunday)

- Handle systems relating to shopper management and rewards programs.
- Provide assistance and general information to shoppers at the Concierge Desk. (Customer Facing)
