Job Requirements:

We are seeking full-time or part-time junior tutors for IB/IGCSE English. One should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Good attitude and sense of responsibility
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to teach both individual and group classes
• Able to create resources
• Tutors should ideally have relevant experience teaching English at IB, IGCSE, and/or MYP level
• Fresh IB graduates are welcome
• Proficient in English. Ideally, an IB graduate with a predicted score of >42 Points and 7 in English.

The Marketing Communications Department in the 3P Network Division (3PND) conceptualises and implements integrated marketing communications campaigns such as Say YES to Waste Less, Recycle Right, National Dengue Prevention, and Clean Public Toilets. The goal of marketing communications is to foster an engaged public towards environmental ownership and action.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead a cross-functional team comprising various internal stakeholders to develop and implement integrated nationwide marketing communication campaigns for selected NEA’s policies and/or programmes.

• Develop marketing strategies to improve year-on-year campaign effectiveness through the conduct of surveys, campaign research and other data-driven approaches.

• Manage the performance and output of creative, media and social engagement agencies as well as other parties such as content publishers to achieve timely campaign execution and effective outcomes, including production of through the line marketing materials and digital content, where applicable.

• Front campaign-related approvals and key presentations and secure internal stakeholders’ agreement of campaign plans to achieve outcomes within organisation approval framework.

• Track and manage marketing budgets, including timely and accurate invoicing by agencies.

• Perform procurement duties in adherence to public sector procurement policies and processes.

Job Qualification

Project Management

• Accountable of all phases of the project/sub-project under responsibility including the delivery in production.
• Advise the sponsors on the solution and inform them on the impact on legacy if any.
• Prepare the good condition of new project: Do the cost estimation, staff recruitments, architecture orientation, project organization and get requirement from sponsor.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of project and their execution.
• With Project Manager, organize the governance and control the efficiency.
• Guarantee the level of quality in order to get the agreement of the sponsor and to maintain well the application in production.

Management

• Create the condition to have good level of staff motivation.
• Detect the talents and manage their career.
• Review the staff objectives every 3 months and propose development plan (OKR + Lean management).

DevOps

• With help of Serenity program deploy the AgileSecDevOps practices in the section and monitor the progress afterwards.
• Optimize continuously the project and the run activities. Propose to Serenity best practices and return of experiences.

Lean management

• In collaboration with ISAP-API/Lean and CBI/PCM apply the lean management practices (White Board, PSS, Development session, Coaching/feedback session, SOP).

Permanent control

• With collaboration of CIO/Permanent Control follow-up the ISAP-CBI controls 1.x and 2.x.
• Report to HOS and provide alerts when needed.

RUN management

• Organize the conditions in order to maintain the LSC applications post production and respect the SLA.
• Monitor the quality of the application and propose refactoring plan in case of the debt code is too higher or in case of obsolescence.
• Maintain the critical size and knowledge of teams to keep the applications under responsibility in good condition.
• In alignment with CBI/Global-Support apply the best practices of RUN.

Secondary duties:

• Act as backup for tech leads, project manager or other team members if needed.
