Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in planning, coordinating and running the daily restaurant operations to ensure that customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Creating a positive guest experience and handle customer’s request professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate all reservations to ensure optimum capacity.
• Handle complaints or feedback concerning food and service.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in restaurant management
• At least 1-5 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably familiar with Japanese fine dining.
• Strong knowledge in Japanese cuisine, wine and sake
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
