• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on-site quality and safety issues
• Determine any non-conformances on works
• Liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• Ensure that decisions on-site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
• Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggests quality improvement measures for implementation on site
• Supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil & Structural engineering
• Min 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover or cut and cover tunnel experience in a project/construction environment
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design will be an advantage.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist Pastor to oversee the CG Ministry

2. Pastoral Care of Connect Groups

3. Development and implementation of Connect Groups structure toward more effective Pastoral Care and Community Life, with an emphasis on transitions from Youth Ministry (YM) into Young Adults Ministry (YAM) and from YAM into Adults CGs.

4. Training and development of leaders within the Connect Groups Ministry

5. Visitation of Connect Groups / Connect Group Leaders

6. Recommendation and development of curriculum for Connect Groups

7. Work with the Committee in planning and coordinating programmes for Connect Groups

8. Placement of new/existing members in Connect Groups

9. Collaborate with other Ministries in CGM objectives

10. To carry out additional responsibilities when assigned by pastors or immediate supervisors in current ministry and/or other ministries

Web Developer Intern Roles and Responsibilities:

• Improve & automate company's business process through creation of new PHP web applications & improvement of existing code.
• Review of company's existing process systems to improve UI/UX for both internal and external users.
• Be involved in improvement of company's iOS & Android application
• Connecting SQL Databases to developed web applications
• Review and improve company's current cronjobs and APIs for both internal and external software.
• Ensure that new projects are moved from development phase to production phase smoothly, and are both desktop & mobile friendly.
• Spearhead development of new landing pages for company's website on WordPress platform, with usage of HTML & CSS code involved.

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

- Possess a valid RTO (Tunnel) cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Job Description

• Planning, design, assembling and installing equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and liaise with main con, consultants,sub-contractors.
• Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications and regulation.
• Plan and prepare projects based on stage of activities,schedule work activities.
• Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.
• Oversee and be overall responsible for works carried out by supervisors assigned under his/her care.
• Generate incident reports
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction or Electrical related fields is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project,Autocad, Project Management
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering-Electrical or equivalent.
