Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a pristine environment.
• Dust and wipe surfaces such as desks, tables, and shelves, ensuring no dust or dirt accumulates.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to eliminate smudges and streaks.
• Sanitize sinks, toilets, and floors in washrooms, and restock toiletries like soap and paper towels.
• Report any maintenance issues, such as leaks or damaged equipment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory—training can be provided.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to $1,200 basic plus a variable bonus.
• Work Week: 6 days, with one off day either on a weekday or weekend.
• Working Hours: 8 am to 12 pm daily.
• Locations: 88 Geylang Bahru or Toa Payoh Office (depending on the roster).
• Annual Leave: 3.5 days per year due to part-time hours.

1. Keying in of invoice accurately.

2. Answering calls from customers (in Chinese and English).

3. Assisting online quotations and orders

4.Miscellaneous tasks.

Responsbilities:

• Design, develop and implement high-quality and highly scalable software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management
• 5+ years of development experience
• Diploma in ICT or BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS.
• Hands-on experience with IoT, BacNet, data engineering/analytics/science will be an advantage.
• Hands-on IT application development experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an advantage.
• Analytical, organized and have structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines

· In-depth understanding of Cloud, Server, Storage, and Virtualization architecture design techniques, theories, principles, and practices.

· Solid experience in implementing enterprise Cloud, Virtualization, Server and Storage systems within a broad spectrum of technologies.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:

· Excellent Knowledge of Private, Public and Hybrid Cloud environments

· Excellent Knowledge of Cloud Orchestration platforms

· Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, in HA/DR type configurations.

· Excellent knowledge of Sever hardware platforms: x86

· Excellent knowledge & working experience of VMWare ESXi, vSphere, vSAN, vRA, VRO, VROPs, vRLI, NSX-T, Horizon View

· Excellent knowledge of SAN, NAS, DAS, RAID, SCSI, Fibre Channel, Backup to Disk, clustering, encryption technologies from multiple vendors.

· Should be extremely proficient in PowerShell, Shell scripting / Python / Ansible development
