Primary accountabilities

Skills & Experience

Job Description:

• Develop and execute individual audit project plan
• Develop and perform detailed audit procedures with properly documented audit working papers
• Draft the audit findings in clear and concise language
• Develop practical and useful audit recommendations for audit issues raised and obtain management comments on the action plan and target implementation date
• Determine adequacy of corrective actions and reasonableness of target implementation date
• Special projects and ad-hoc duties may be assigned

Working Hours:

Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Job Requirements:

• Able to perform independently under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Able to network and build effective working relationships with people at all level.
• 3-5 years experience in internal audit
• Degree in Finance/HR/Management

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor budget and keep track of projects expenditures e.g. budget and cost control.
• Preparation of monthly progress claim.
• Preparation of project cash flow forecast.
• Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims.
• Preparation and submission of Variation Orders.
• Discussion with consultants on Variation Orders.
• Attendance of site/technical meetings.
• EOT claims preparation.
• Evaluation of price comparison summary.
• Quantity take off, cost estimation, preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in full cycle of Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in HDBBTO project is required.
• Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantage.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Descriptions:

• Prepare application forms and submit respective Team Leader
• Ensure changes in customer requirement is updated in timely manner before submission for approval
• Issue change request to the internal teams for approval for updates on existing clients accounts.
• Maintain, monitor and update existing data sources on all clients accounts details.
• Draft documents to support the new processes such as account application, account details changes, checklist and templates
• Daily and monthly volume processing reports generation
• Be responsible for all tasks and documents, data updating and safe keeping
• Taking minutes for meetings
• Any other related jobs and assignments as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Possesses good communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
• Ability to systematically work independently and in a team
• Fluent English both in writing and speaking
• Strong interpersonal understanding with an awareness of different cultures within the customer base, team, and organization
• Customer Service or Sales support working experience will be an added advantage
