Visitor Registration and Meet & Greet

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment in the IT industry.
• To succeed, minimum 5-7 years of HR business partnering, or 7-10 years combined HR business partnering, HR generalist and HR specialist experience are likely required.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Producer to join our dynamic team. The Content Producer will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality media content to meet our various needs, including event video and photography, in-house greeting videos, festive greeting animations, corporate video filming and editing, interviews, scripting, R&D content creation, and all other forms of motion media. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, excellent technical skills, and a deep understanding of current content trends.

Responsibilities:

• Event Video & Photography: Capture and edit videos and photos for various company events, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and objectives.
• In-House Greeting Videos: Produce engaging in-house greeting videos for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing creativity and originality.
• Festive Greeting (Short Animation): Conceptualise and create short animated videos for festive greetings, maintaining a balance between creativity and corporate messaging.
• Corporate Video Filming & Edits: Collaborate with internal teams to film and edit corporate videos.
• Interviews and Scripting: Conduct interviews and develop scripts for video and audio content, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Content Producer or similar role in content creation.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Final cuts or resolve ).
• Strong scripting and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of animation software and techniques.
• Familiarity with camera equipment and photography.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job scope:
-Manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations. Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.

- To administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse.

- To conduct cyclical stocktake for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.

- Support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters.

- Assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.

- Meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

Job Requirement:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to ensure project is progressing as planned and is completed on time within budget, contractual and Safety standards.
• Assist Project Manager to ensure all site works are done accordingly to specifications and to relevant authorities’ requirement.
• Prepare & submit drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval.
• Check working drawing, identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works.
• Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.
• Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
• Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a PEB/BCA recognized degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years on site experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure works in Singapore
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, BIM and AutoCAD
• Ability to work independently and communicate at all levels.
