Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Ā· Oversee the preparation of the project Preservation activities including:
Ć Responsible for the implementation of the Preservation plan on site to incorporate company and supplier preservation requirements.
Ć Responsible to validate tags items or areas have been assigned the preservation checklists or equipment specific checklist in accordance with supplier preservation requirements, within the corporate Project Completion Management System (PCMS) database.
Ć Familiarise with the use of the Project Completion Management System database for monitoring recording and providing status reports for the preservation activities electronically within the database
Ć Become familiar with use of electronic checklists for recording the preservation activities on tablets for uploading into the Project Completion management System Database
Ć Ensure planned preservation activities are compliant with the HSSEQ requirements.
Ć Manage procurement and delivery of preservation materials and equipment
Ć Develop / perform familiarization programs for preservation implementation, execution and follow-up at site, for preservation personnel
Ā· Oversee the execution of the project Preservation activities, including:
Ć Ensure compliance with the HSSEQ requirements by all preservation personnel
Ć Supervise the preservation resources assigned to the project and execution of the project preservation activities from the moment the equipment arrives in the storeroom or on site.
Ć Ensure preservation is activated for equipment upon receipt in the contractor facility
Ć Ensured planned preservation activities are planned and executed on a weekly basis
Ć Ensure preservation consumables are available and correctly applied in accordance with preservation procedures and reordered as required for ongoing preservation activities
Ć Supervise and ensure preservation is being maintained for all equipment in compliance with planned preservation activities on the project, in the correct storeroom or on site
Ć Raise punchlist items in the Project Completion Management System should equipment be found damaged during execution of preservation activities for rectification by approved personnel
Ć Monitor and ensure preservation checklists are recorded and maintained on a weekly basis in the Project Completion Management System recording electronic check lists with the project tablets
Ć Ensure all preservation status reports, checklists and other relevant documentation are uploaded into the into Project Completion Management System in preparation for handover to Operations
Ā· Oversee audit of preservation activities
Ā· Coordinate with Mechanical Completion team for system and sub system MC handover
