The position reports to the Application Team lead and matrix reporting to the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce administrator support, lighting version.
• Perform new user setup and training for Salesforce application.
• Prepare and maintain related documentation (requirements, training materials, processes, and data flows, use cases, functional design), participate in cross-functional teams discussions to confirm the requirements.
• Adopt good practices and be methodological in gathering requirements, testing to delivery.
• Manage enhancement and support requests, follow up and resolve issues and the administrative needs of users, this includes creating new users, assigning profiles, roles, permissions.
• Configure rules, automation and workflows, triggers, bug fix. Apex coding knowledge is advantageous.
• Work with team members and service providers for enhancement where applicable.
• Maintain and administer the application to ensure proper controls are in place.
• Ensure security and data access limits are maintained, documented and well-designed.
• Create, maintain, and document the settings, configuration, including validation rules, approval processes, workflow rules, page layouts, data fields, sharing rules, visual flow, list views, email templates, and rules.
• Maintain standardization across the countries and identify ways to continuously improve processes and procedures.
• Develop implementation plans and schedules for projects or enhancement.
• Collaborate with users, functional and technical team to design and implement solutions.
• Manage tickets with service providers to provide prompt support to the users to resolve issues.
• Design, develop and maintain a variety of business reports and dashboards.
• Stay current with the periodic application releases, advise IT and business on identifying and leveraging applicable enhancements and features.
• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage functionalities available in the applications.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field would provide a solid foundation for understanding the business and technical aspects of Salesforce.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, CRM lifecycle, customization, and reporting.
• Possess relevant experience and/or certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Analytics for sales and service cloud.
• Proven experience in managing and enhancing capabilities and functionalities of the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and sales processes.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data and identify trends and insights.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge understanding system integration needs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and generating reports.
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and find solutions within Salesforce.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and understand their needs for data analysis.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new features and updates in Salesforce.
• Time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

The technician to be trained to perform basic on-line leak sealing of pipeline components, report directly to the operation manager during the on-job training (OJT) period. Trainee technician will be sent to attend Safety Course and trained to work in the Petrochemical OEM environment in Jurong Island or mainland Utilities, Pharmaceutical and the general manufacturing industries.
