A) Overall Purpose Of The Job

The position of Contracts Manager (International Hub) will provide advice, support and direction to the ANZ, H3S Middle East, Northern Europe and Singapore sales organisations in two key areas:

B) Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing advice and support in relation to commercial contracts (for example professional services agreements, data processing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements).

End to end Contract Management

1. Production Operation
• Monitor daily production quantity to ensure output meets the planned targets & target quality

L/C Management

Document Preparation

• Ensure documents are all correct and no mistakes before send to finance for verification and approval.

• Keep track and monitor the original documents from vendors.
