• Work with the product, engineering and data team to provide the right level of risk & fraud prevention algorithm that is beneficial for the whole ecosystem.
• Design cost-effective safety and fraud prevention features that will scale to support business profitability and sustainability.
• Work with other project stakeholders to deliver the information architecture, user journey map & wireframe flow that is relevant with user trust and safety.
• Work with other designers, content writers, UX researchers to convert the wireframes into high-fidelity user interfaces that are promoting safety in a user friendly way.
• Plan and contribute to design validation, such as through usability testing and experiments, with a strong ability to define the right MVP scope.
• Conduct desk check of user interface during engineering development phase to ensure high quality implementation.
• Conduct & facilitate requirements, design, implementation reviews and critiques of other people’s work to create achievable, measurable & impactful goals.
• Research and analyze industry UX/UI trends and competitor experiences & strategies in Transport and Mobility business, mainly for User Trust & Safety.
• Regular review of usage quantitative data from analytics to be triangulated with the qualitative insights that will drive the right decision.

The Must-Haves

• Online portfolio with a range of interactive samples in the Trust, Safety & Integrity area within Transport & Mobility business, either for end consumers, drivers or merchants.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in product design, mainly in the User Trust, Safety & Integrity domain expertise, such as Fraud Prevention.
• Excellent understanding of UX design for the web, mobile, or touch devices, preferably with the context of maintaining the balance between risk and seamless experience for the safety of the user account.
• Good understanding of user risk algorithms and the needs to translate it to the best user experience.
• Good eye for visual design & hands-on experience in user interface design.
• Experience with current and relevant design tools like Figma & ProtoPie.
• Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for AWARE's subsidiary, CCPL, in alignment with AWARE's mission, strategy and values.

Lead the sales and marketing activities of CCPL, focussing on:

• developing client relationships to generate new leads
• closing deals that come through the enquiry pipeline
• building CCPL's brand visibility (especially online)
• delivering consultancy, training, talks and / or coaching for CCPL.

Ensure that CCPL's business is carried out in alignment with AWARE's mission, strategy and values.

Identify new business opportunities for AWARE.

Corporate Relationship Management:

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with corporate partners of AWARE's subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with AWARE's mission, strategy and values.

JOB DESCRIPTION

l Prepare basic design document including system study report, heat balance, piping and instrument diagram, equipment data sheet, etc. of power plant

l Independently handle kinds of Package equipment ; GTG(gas turbine generator), STG(steam turbine generator), boiler, HRSG(heat recovery steam generator), water treatment package, wastewater treatment package, surface condenser, nitrogen generator unit, cooling tower, chemical dosing unit, etc.

l Take the lead in the preparation of inquiry packages, in the technical clarification/evaluation of Vendor’s technical offers, and in the kick-off meeting/pre-inspection meeting with an inter-discipline collaboration.

l Prepare technical specifications including package equipment data sheets, detail design documentation & Inspection/Procedure documentation requests for Package equipment as shown the above.

l Prepare technical bid evaluation and clarification with Vendors for technical confirmation for package equipment as show the above.

l Review of the vendor packages and follow up on the required approvals.

l Prepare interface list for package and client requirements

l Follow up of all engineering issues for module engineering and close any outstanding issues as promptly as possible.

l Review / approve vendor documents in line with client / contractor’s requirements.

l Attend project meeting / follow up meeting with vendors, client, third party etc.

l Witness factory acceptance tests (FATs) along with client / contractor’s requirements.

l Assist construction team during module fabrication, equipment installation, and assist the pre-commissioning and commissioning team during yard testing.

l Assist procurement team as required during the ordering stage.

l Have skill of combined cycle system analysis software (GT pro. and Master) and calculation program of steam/water condition (steam calc.)

l Have skill of DX tools such as data analysis software (Grafana and Tableau), document search software (Goldfire), Microsoft 365 and document revision analysis (Middle)

l Have made programs and been used inter discipline, e.g., combustion calc., acid due point calc., HRSG and condenser heating surface calc., chemical dosing calc., piping pressure drop calc., coal characteristic analysis, etc.

Have experience as a lead engineer more than 35 years for large scale project for oil & gas project, petrochemical project and refinery project each project with more than 3,000 drawings.

l Have knowledge about applicable international codes such as ASTME, ASTM, EN, BS, VGB, ISO, IEC, NFPA, API, JIS, Gost and GB

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8years of experience as Design Engineer in Mechanical Engineering of Oil & Gas Plant, Petrochemical and Refinery, and in Basic Engineering of Power Plant.
• Familiar and aware of collaboration between inter-discipline engineering activities.
• Have experience of package engineering and handling below equipment.
