RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly and year-end management reports and analysis by reviewing submissions from subordinates
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Provide support for various reporting including GST, treasury, investment returns, etc.
• Provide commentaries on operational performance and support planning, operations, and implementation of financial and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working in energy and utilities.
• Requisite knowledge base includes: global commodities, energy hedging, energy contract structures & negotiation practices, long term renewables planning, energy production (i.e., power plants), geopolitical energy dynamics.
• Significant experience in large industrial manufacturing and the relevant utilities requirements; preference for semiconductor experience.
• PMO experience with international operations (i.e., GF manufacturing footprint spans three continents).
• Strong executive interaction & stakeholder management capabilities.
• Foundational analytical and presentation capabilities including proficiency with financial models, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing generator control panel/switchgear.
• To handle factory tests in workshops and commissioning at customer sites.
• Coordinate with customers for technical issues to meet customer technical requirements.
• Monitor projects through completion, providing correction, modification, or assistance to another company department as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ ITE in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of Electrical experience in either power generation controls or electrical switchgear or automation control.
• Entry-level with passion in a related field are welcome to apply
• Demonstrate above-average electrical skills, preferably within the power control industry or closely related field.
• Knowledge in PLC, HMI (touchscreen and/or IPC) programming, network communication, Generator control, and SCADA is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, drawings, prints, or similar job write-up.

Working Hours: 8.30AM - 5.00PM (Mon - Fri)

Location: Marsiling Industrial Estate (Few stops away from Woodlands MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Oversee daily transactions, including AP/AR, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Work closely with other departments to gather financial information
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
