Job Description :
â—Ź Oversee all projects to ensure completion on time within the scope and budget.
â—Ź Able to lead the whole project team independently and effectively to bring out the best of each individual.
â—Ź Ensure all construction and installation activities meet quality standards and comply with respective
architecture requirements, within our scope of work and supply.
â—Ź Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
â—Ź Supervise the work of the project team and provide the necessary guidance, or resolve issues and conflicts
swiftly.
â—Ź Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for the management in a timely manner.
â—Ź Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
â—Ź Able to control and allocate tasks to respective site manager, supervisors and workers effectively.
â—Ź Leading team of site coordinators, safety personnel and supervisors/workman for daily work progresses.
â—Ź Implement the strategies, plans & coordinate with all sub-contractors / suppliers to ensure they are able to
perform / supply materials within stipulated lead time smooth project handover, without delay.
â—Ź Attend and cater to main contractors' / consultants' needs and requirements where possible in order to
provide sound advice on alternative plans if needed.
â—Ź Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
â—Ź Recognize and solve potential potential problems and evaluate project accordingly.
â—Ź To be able to provide regular operational progress report to the Project Director.
â—Ź Able to work on all site required documents such as method statements, programmes and other relevant
submissions.
â—Ź Any other duties in relation to the Company to be assigned from time to time.
â—Ź Company is willing to provide profit sharing if PM bring in the job.
Requirement :
â—Ź Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
â—Ź Proficient knowledge in building and construction works with detailed knowledge for building processes.
â—Ź Min 3-5 years experience in construction project management.
â—Ź Good teamwork and communication skills.
â—Ź Good planning and time management skills.
â—Ź Computer literate.
