About The Role

To work with Student Admissions (SA) Manager to manage matters pertaining to admissions of students, challenge examination (CEX) waiver, credit recognition, student admission systems and IT projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• To assist the SA Manager to develop and maintain an effective system for the planning of all administrative operations within the department.

Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing safety-related issues at site
• Ensure all works adhere to safety rules and safe work practices as well as safety legislation
• Liaise with different departments on all safety and health matters
• Identify any situation that is potentially unsafe and/or hazardous in nature, feedback to Manager and team, investigate and recommend any corrective actions
• Oversee and direct the entire process of safety analysis including any accident investigation
• Responsible for keeping records of safety-related matters and recommendation/administration of corrective measures at the site
• Assist the Manager to perform evaluation of safety policies, methods, and programs
• Organizes safety training for employees

Requirements:

• Holding Certificate in WSH Coordinator Course/ Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course and/or any Relevant Safety Certificates from any approved institutions will be preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience

• To prepare the statutory accounts, Head Office report, corporate tax schedules, GST quarterly submission
• To help liaise with tax agents on corporate tax, ACAP review, and transfer pricing document review
• To monitor and report to HOD for changes/updates in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, including updating the procedure manual. Relevant laws include the Banking Act, Income Tax Act, Goods & Services Tax Act, and Company Act
• To support the implementation of new or changes to the above
• To support daily accounts operations duties such as journal input, system operation, and other daily routine duties
• To support any work-related duties assigned by HOD from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the accounting department, corporate tax schedules, and preparing GST quarterly submissions
• Proficient in the Japanese Language to work closely with stakeholders in Japan's Head Office

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
