Dr Paws Vet Care is looking for senior veterinary nurses/assistants!

We are a new veterinary clinic located in the east part of Singapore. We aim to be a place where everyone works hard but still have a great time together. Friendly banter is allowed but paw-litics will be frowned upon.

We see dogs, cats and pocket pets. We also offer acupuncture services.

We are looking for EXPERIENCED full-time veterinary nurses with the following qualities.

• Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs
• At least 2 years experience as a veterinary nurse
• Ability to commit for at least a year, the longer the better!
• Self-motivated and hardworking individuals with the ability to work as a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions
• Eager to learn attitude and be open to feedback.
• Willing to constantly upgrade on your veterinary nurse knowledge and skills.
• Love for animals.
• Fluent in English.
• Friendly, polite and able to provide good customer service

Your job scope will involve

• Interaction with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Rotation work between being a receptionist and assisting vets with handling animals and surgeries.
• Dispensing medications
• Care for hospitalized animals.
• Maintaining clinic equipment and cleanliness, including general cleaning duties
• Other Ad-Hoc duties

Working hours:

• Clinic operating hours: Tues-Sat 10am-8pm. Closed on public holidays.
• No overnight duties
• 5 day work week
• 1 weekday and 1 weekend day off per week

Job Description:

• Engage directly with the Customer to prepare, process and close Statements of Work (SOWs) and Work Orders (WO) associated with work on to be performed by company on behalf of the Customer
• Navigate company's pricing tool, budgeting tools
• Partner in-country sellers in Singapore and across the region when required
• Business segment: Unified supports, enterprise only

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales service (sales support or sales operations)

Responsibilities

• Drafting & designing of routing for Electrical building services drawings in AutoCAD
• Prepare detail design and working drawings such as schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams arrangement/layout drawings.
• Coordinate with Engineering team to ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawing specification.
• Update all drawings as per site/vendor modifications for As-Built Drawings.
• Ensure compliance to Electrical Standards
• Candidate will require to design and draw for Building services, e.g., Electrical, Air conditioning, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection services etc.
• Attending the meeting with consultants, contractors as part of project.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling tools is preferred.
• Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Section Heads / Leads.
• Coordination of drawings with Clients / Main Contractors and updating of drawings base on Meetings and discussion and in compliance to Regulation Codes and Practices
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Able to read Building drawings, good in Autocad.
• Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes.
• Proficient in AutoCad drafting and Microsoft Office.
• 3D BIM Modelling in Autodesk
• Good interpersonal skill with the ability to connect with and influence stakeholders with different objectives
• Able to solve problems under pressure
• LTA Project References will be an added advantage
