Learning Scope:

• Complete experience of sales & operations process (initial touch-base with clients, order preparation, invoicing, after-sales service)
• Enjoy first-hand & real-world experience with actual customer communication, unique problem solving & critical thinking
• Exposure to real-life and practical marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Carousell Ads, SEO (Ahrefs, SEMRush)

Responsibilities:

• Be actively involved with Business & Marketing Operations of an Educational Agency on a day-to-day basis
• Communicate well with new clients (warm leads), engaging them & helping them to understand better their tuition needs
• Prepare client's requirements & present them in an attractive yet concise job-post format for tutors to apply in
• Be in charge of filtering & broadcasting available tuition assignments via the company's various outreach channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email & many more)
• Assist in actively profiling tutors and marketing them in a way which captures the consumer's attention based on their required needs
• Assist in sales-closing & after-sales process. Work cohesively with other team members to solve unique day-to-day problems
• Assist in Digital Marketing Tasks such as creating engaging Facebook & Instagram Posts
• Actively involved in active link-building and outreach campaigns to improve company's internet presence
• Assist with content creation on company's website through web building tools such as WordPress

The successful candidate will join the Application Services (Loyalty Marketing) department in SIA Information Technology Division. As a developer with Kris+/Krispay (world’s first blockchain based airline loyalty digital wallet), you will be working with our team of developers, UX designers and product specialists to enhance our platform, web and mobile channel offering.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly reliable, efficient, secure, and scalable Android applications.

• Work with our CI/CD and release management tools and processes to quickly deliver high quality code.

• Facilitate the detection, troubleshooting and resolution of pre and post production issues.

• Assist with various stages of the mobile application development lifecycle such as requirements gathering, user interface design and usability testing.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields

• At least 5 year of hands-on experience developing mobile applications for Android using Kotlin and/or Java

• Experience and up-to-date knowledge on Modern Android technologies and frameworks on top of open-source foundations (okhttp, room, RxJava/RxKotlin, etc.)

• Experience test frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, etc.

• Experience in working with small to medium development teams using Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile environments, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development, Paired Programming, Automation, CI/CD, and git-based source tools.

• An understanding of various software architectural principles such as MVVM, MVP, SOLID or similar.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including control systems, power management systems, CAN BUS, Serial RS232, Ethernet, UART protocol, sensors, and safety relays.

• Experience in Drawing Software for electrical & electronic circuits, schematics and PCB Design tools such as E-Plan.
• Hands on experience of crimping, soldering and wiring for power and signal cables.
