RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an E-Commerce Senior Executive to lead our online Marketplace for our eCommerce products and services. This role will support the planning, development and implementation of Singapore EXPOs e-commerce platform, as well as coordinating with clients and vendors on order fulfilments and support the development and execution of on-site and online marketing initiatives to drive sales and fulfilment.

• Support the planning, development, and implementation of the company owned sales online platform
• Support the development of companys e-commerce strategy, including defining and setting best practices for eCommerce content management, update documentation and ensure best practice is maintained across the website
• Build and work with wider teams, partners and vendors and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce operations web development, content management, order fulfilment, pricing management
• Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion
• Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management.

Job Description

• Create and maintain fully automated CI /CD processes at the organization level and be the focal point of contact for DevOps related work items.
• Work closely with the development, operations, QA and other internal users to enable delivery and release pipelines in a hybrid cloud model
• Create & maintain scripts for customizing the tool set, build, deployment, maintenance, and related tasks.
• Gatekeep quality and security across the pipeline including identifying rules, false positives and govern software delivery.
• Generate reports and provide status of builds, releases and deployments and generate the outcome metrics.
• Automate standard service offerings related to the deployment, maintenance, as appropriate.
• Articulate technical and business-related problems and solutions in a concise, effective manner.

Required Skills

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Strong Linux shell scripting experience is a must. Background in Windows is a plus.
• Solid understanding of source code control systems, branching, merging, releases for both SVN and Git flavours including Bitbucket and AWS codecommit
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence, Static and dynamic security tools like SonarQube, Appscreener, Burpsuite, Accunetix etc
• Reporting and Logging tools like ELK or Splunk will be a great advantage.
• Experience in automated development & deployment to Cloud infrastructure (AWS & or Azure).

Responsibilities

You will be a Business Analyst focussing on Front Office requirements on Murex. This would include extending the existing implementation with these new product types as well as support for other stakeholders throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure the proposed solution in Murex
• Work closely with the test team to review test cases and coverage, analyse defects and provide Murex configuration advise
• Augment the existing team members to fill capability gaps and backfill existing team members, as required
• Some level of thought leadership on solution design for FO in Murex will be expected
• Provide specialist markets technology solutions to assist in simplifying the existing architecture and automating the existing process

Skills

Must have

• Have a minimum 2 years working in Financial Markets with strong domain knowledge with exposure to multiple asset classes
• Strong functional experience across most or all of the following asset classes -Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Cash, FX Derivatives, Structured Products, Money Markets, Liquidity
• Knowledge of pricing and the end-to-end workflow of a trade in the Murex platform
