As a I4.0 Analyst at Micron Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence (SMAI) Planning Innovation, you will be working in multidisciplinary projects with co-workers from global sites to develop Smart Manufacturing solution through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive maxout and capex efficiency. You are require constantly learning new front tier technology and creatively apply and deliver solutions to global operations to enable Micron to continue to lead in this competitive landscape.

Primary Responsibility
• Work closely with business partners to capture and analyze opportunities to improve wafer output performance, taking an idea, access and prepare necessary data support, work with data scientists to create machine learning models, develop it to an application with intuitive user interface, integrate with any pre-existing systems, demonstrate successful use cases and wins, etc.
• Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities in Process Engineering to enable maxout initiatives. Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in solution today to improve wafer move, WPD, and output performance
• Skilled, experienced, and capable to translate process knowledge into project implementation in improving run rate, equipment uptime and process harmonization to achieve higher output.
• Define business solution and propose project for implementation
• Design, integrate and scale solutions to beneficial to Micron operation at global level.
• Lead projects, drive high value activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams
• Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement

Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields and Industry Semiconductor
• Domain knowledge in Process Engineering, Product Integration Engineering, Industrial Engineering, will be advantage.

Select Group is looking for an individual to lead our Compensation & Benefits team to drive and be responsible for full cycle of payroll processing as well as Compensation & Benefits review.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly payroll duties
• Ensure the payrolls of our division are finalized timely and accurately
• Handle monthly payroll processing including income tax and reimbursements
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, and tax-filing for all employees
• Liaising with statutory bodies – IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc., regarding employee's remuneration
• Prepare and anaylze and HR data to provide insights and counsel for the Management's decision-making
• Generate monthly HR-related reports for Management review
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies, and address/resolve payroll-related issues
• Lead the team to administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies
• Conduct market compensation & benefits survey to ensure the competitiveness of employee benefit packages
• Respond and handle any queries raised by line managers or employees promptly
• Ensure good data management practices
• Lead change management and payroll process streamlining to achieve overall productivity for the department

Skills/Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 6 years of C&B experience knowledge preferred
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
