Job scope:
- Support membership administrative services and liaise with members as and when necessary.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date database for membership
- Handle enquiries and correspondences on membership
- Process applications for admission and billing for subscription
- Provide management reports on membership and event matters
- Manage and work closely with Manager to plan and execute events
- Handle inquiries through various channels, addressing members needs promptly.
- Maintain good relationships with the members
- Work closely with operations team and handling documentation
- Provide excellent customer service, address issues promptly, and assist in process improvement tasks.
- Any other duties assigned by Membership Manager
Requirement :
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Meticulous and with good customer service mindset
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work on occasional weekends (including Public Holidays)
